During this 90-minute session, I provide a tour of your favorite local grocery store. This service is perfect for anyone who wants to learn more about how to choose foods that support health on a budget. We will go over how to read and understand nutrition labels, the differences between organic and conventional foods, and where to purchase the most budget-friendly healthy foods. 

 

Pantry Overhaul sessions include an in-depth look at the foods you currently stock in your kitchen, as well as, a guide to some easy healthy substitutes. Learn how to stock your pantry with nourishing foods that make you feel great and set yourself up for success in your kitchen as you begin your journey towards vibrant health!

 

meal prepping & cooking classes

Learn the art of meal prepping in order to free up extra time during the week and to create lifelong healthy habits. Ready to get creative in the kitchen? Want some simple, but effective, ways to make your everyday cooking healthier AND more exciting? Book a 60-minute meal prepping and/or cooking class to learn how to free up extra time during the week while creating lifelong healthy habits. We will get into the nitty gritty of kitchen basics, including tools, technique, and time-savers.

 

 

one-on-one nutrition coaching

One-on-one coaching includes one comprehensive 75-minute session with a full dietary assessment, health history review, lifestyle evaluation, and discussion of your health goals and challenges. Together we will determine which nutrition and lifestyle changes can best help you achieve your goals. 

Includes an individualized wellness plan with actionable steps, shopping lists, recipes and food & lifestyle recommendations, as well as, follow-up email/text support. All sessions via phone or Skype.

 

multi-session packages

Multi-session packages are perfect for those who would like regular accountability or for anyone struggling with an ongoing health condition. Packages include one 75-minute initial consultation and several 45-minute follow-up sessions to track progress and challenges. Three- or six-session packages available.

Includes an individualized wellness plan with actionable steps, shopping lists, recipes and food & lifestyle recommendations, as well as, any other tools you need to jumpstart your health journey. I offer unlimited email/text support during the course of our time together. All sessions via phone or Skype.

Autoimmune protocol coaching

As a Certified AIP Coach, I offer health coaching specifically geared towards holistically managing and healing autoimmune disease. This one-on-one 75-minute coaching session includes a full dietary assessment, health history review, lifestyle evaluation, and discussion of your health goals and autoimmune challenges. AIP coaching typically involves removing trigger foods from the diet for a period of 30-90 days, but if restrictive food plans are stressful for you, we will find other ways to support you on your autoimmune journey.
