Nutritional Therapy is the process of assessing nutritional, fitness and lifestyle imbalances in order to work towards optimal wellness. It is a method of coaching that harnesses the power of whole, nutrient-dense and properly-prepared foods, along with crucial lifestyle changes, to support our bodies in efficient functioning.
